Our first step in the process is to conduct a Systems HealthCheck that identifies all of the relevant components of the technical environment and the current status of those assets.

We produce a report from our findings which identifies and prioritises items that need to be addressed according to their relative urgency. You also receive a project plan and proposal for correcting the critical items that we identify.

Of course, addressing critical issues is not enough. It is also important to make sure that problems don't resurface. With your approval, we use the findings of the Systems HealthCheck to propose an on-going, preventative maintenance program.
